The second trip to the Kamianets-Podilskyi Cement Plant, already in the composition of the first persons – the President of the Association “ASTRON GROUP” Konstantin Mashnenkov and the Acting Director of the Ivano-Frankivsk branch of LLC “MAKON LTD” Yuriy Fedorenko, took place in January 2025. Its main goal is to provide the Association’s management with a vision of their work at the plant and in their careers.

The subject of discussion by the heads of the enterprises was the proposal for cooperation, which was expressed during the first working trip to the plant. Many issues were worked out, calculated by the economic department and analyzed in terms of the capabilities and capacities of the Association’s enterprises.

Much attention is paid to occupational health and safety briefings at the plants. Therefore, after conducting the relevant briefings, Konstantin Mashnenkov and Yuriy Fedorenko, accompanied by the plant’s managers, visited the plant and saw the production processes with their own eyes. It is worth noting that since 2011, the plant has put into operation the largest in Ukraine and one of the largest in Europe clinker kiln for burning clinker in a modern, more environmentally friendly, dry method, which is used for cement production at all CEMARK enterprises.

After that, a meeting was held in the meeting and conference hall, where commercial, production, and technical issues were discussed. The conversation was constructive and intense. The management reached an agreement that the ASTRON GROUP Association would develop and provide a commercial offer in detail, which would lead to further cooperation.
