Today we are at one of the limestone mining sites in Ivano-Frankivsk region, where active mining work is underway. Here, in an open pit, we see powerful equipment – bulldozers, excavators, trucks, which work tirelessly, extracting minerals. Excavators use powerful buckets to remove rock, which is then loaded into trucks for transportation. Bulldozers level the surface, preparing it for further work. Loaded trucks head to their destination.

Safety at the site is a priority issue. All workers must follow safety regulations, wear protective clothing and equipment.

“Working at this mining site is a complex and responsible process that requires great effort and attention to detail. It is important to ensure the safety of workers, minimize the impact on the environment, and effectively use the country’s natural resources. “The work at this station is intense, so it always keeps me in good shape,” the station chief, Oleksiy Shapovalov, shared with us.
