The car should always work. And that’s for sure. Putting the equipment in order, painting, welding, repairing units and much more is, of course, important. As the chief mechanic Vasyl Kholin emphasized to us, any work must be brought to the end and conducted a short tour of the production base, which the company recently rented for servicing the equipment of the Mariupol branch.

“My responsibilities include timely repair of equipment and its operation, that is, the entire technical process. First of all, we need to clearly organize the process of ensuring uninterrupted and technically correct operation of cars. In one of the boxes at the base, we equipped an inspection pit, which also facilitated both the repair of cars and the working conditions of car mechanics,” Vasyl Kholin continues his story.

By the way, he also noted that the equipment is very important, but the team, a team of employees who trust each other and work to achieve one goal, is even more important. There was a certain shortage of spare parts and a shortage of qualified personnel. Working conditions were also far from comfortable, there was not even a place to drink water. We were given one box and that was it! So now that we have rented a production base, it has become very nice and comfortable for us to work!
