ASSOCIATION “ASTRON GROUP” (YEDRPOU 36167242) was founded in 2008. The ASSOCIATION includes the following enterprises: LLC “MAKON LTD”, LLC “ASTRONTRANSAVTO” and LLC “MAKON TRANS EXCAVATION” and others, among which there are construction enterprises with extensive experience in construction works and a corresponding track record of customers. It brings together companies that work in the field of industrial and public dismantling, earthworks, construction, and the provision of various specialized equipment for rent.

ASSOCIATION “ASTRON GROUP” has a holding type structure – parent companies control subsidiaries based on the principle of ownership of shares in their authorized capital, i.e. the ultimate beneficiaries are the same natural persons. The organizational structure of the “ASTRON GROUP” ASSOCIATION is clearly divided into areas where each enterprise is responsible for a specific segment of activity.

Enterprises of the “ASTRON GROUP” ASSOCIATION provide the following types of work and services:

• a complex of dismantling works (demolition) of buildings/structures of different heights (up to 50m), using Demolition (UHD) machines, regardless of the materials of the structures (panel, monolithic-frame, monolithic, brick, prefab concrete, etc.);< /li>
• dismantling bridges;
• laying and removal of pipelines;
• dismantling of metal structures and equipment, processing of scrap metal;
• construction and assembly works;
• recycling of construction materials (processing of waste left after dismantling for the purpose of their further use) using a crushing and sorting complex;
• production of earthworks (development of trenches and pits, dismantling of building foundations, vertical planning of soil, delivery and removal of soil), land reclamation;
• freight transportation (movement of soil and construction waste).

One of the areas of the company’s work is the destruction and demolition of buildings, as well as earthmoving. The company gained such experience in 2021 – February 2022 at PJSC “MARIUPOL METALLURGICAL PLANT NAMED AFTER ILLICH”, where a complex of works was carried out on the dismantling and crushing of the remains of prefabricated reinforced concrete structures, the removal of the converter slag warehouse, including the development of slag, loading of slag and building materials from the existing remains of reinforced concrete structures, weighing, and transportation outside the plant. In November 2022, dismantling work was carried out on the liquidation (dismantling) of the building for PJSC “VESTASTROY”. In May-July 2024 – in the city of Izyum, Kharkiv region. during the dismantling of a damaged 5-story building, dismantling work was carried out in accordance with the inspection of the technical condition of building structures and engineering networks.

In 2021, the enterprises of the “ASTRON GROUP” ASSOCIATION had big plans for excavation and mining works. But the plans were destroyed by the war and we did not complete the amount of work on 6 million 800 tons of soil at such enterprises as: Kalinovy ​​clay, Novotroitske, Pology, Lysychansk coal.

MAKON LTD LTD (EDRPOU 20334631) is the oldest enterprise of the ASTRON GROUP ASSOCIATION, which has been operating for more than 32 years and is actually the same age as independent Ukraine. It is from “MAKON LTD” LLC that the history of the ASSOCIATION begins. The company has many years of experience in working with the commercial offers of the following companies: METINVEST group – MMK IM.ILLICHA PJSC, MK AZOVSTAL PJSC, METINVEST SHIPPING LLC, UMG group – VESKO PJSC, VOGNEUPORNERUD PJSC, PJSC ” DRUZHKIVSKY RUDOUPRAVLNYA, PJSC “NOVOTROITSKE RUDOUPRAVLNYA”, YERISTVSK MINING AND CONCENTRATION PLANT LLC, “POLTAVSKY MINING AND CONCENTRATION PLANT” PJSC “BILIAEVSKY CONCENTRATION PLANT”, LLC “EURO MINERAL”, LLC “DONBAS KERAMIKA” and others.

The enterprise has permits for open mining works, for earthworks carried out at a depth of more than 2 m and in the area of ​​underground communications, for loading and unloading works with the help of machines and mechanisms, geological surveying works, for works in operating electrical installations and on cable lines with a voltage of more than 1000V, in areas of high frequency voltage, for work on the formation and operation of rock dumps, sides, ledges of pits, a declaration of compliance of the material and technical base with the requirements of the legislation on labor protection.

ASTRONTRANSAVTO LLC (YEDRPOU 39732383) was founded in 2015. The main function of the enterprise is the provision of services or the transfer of cars, excavators, bulldozers, etc. equipment for rent to enterprises that are part of the ASSOCIATION “ASTRON GROUP” or the provision of services for these enterprises with this equipment. “ASTRONTRANSAVTO” LLC is the actual holder of ASSOCIATION’s rolling stock and has 85 pieces of equipment on the balance sheet. Despite the military situation in Ukraine, “ASTRONTRANSAVTO” LLC purchased 7 pieces of equipment in 2022, and in 2023 became the owner of 3 DOOSAN and Caterpillar heavy excavators. Also in 2023, “ASTRONTRANSAVTO” LLC purchased a hitch for transporting these excavators based on a VOLVO tractor unit with a low-frame trawl.

“MAKON TRANS EXCAVATION” LTD (EDRPOU 44224637). The main function of the enterprise is transportation of minerals and bulk materials (ore, slag, clay, etc.). The company carries out excavation and extraction works in quarries, loading works of any complexity. The company has permits for earthworks, loading and unloading operations with the help of machines and mechanisms.
