In February 2025, LLC “Demurinsky GOK” announced a tender for mining operations, in which at the end of March 2025, the company of the Association “ASTRON GROUP” LLC “MAKON LTD” participated and won.

But already in April 2025, we received a letter from LLC “Demurinsky GOK” about the cancellation of the purchase. The Supervisory Board, as the governing body of the Company, did not give consent to the conclusion of a significant transaction. Considering the above, LLC “Demurinsky GOK,” having not received such approval, which is mandatory according to the Charter of the Company, recognized the auction as not having taken place and decided to reduce the tender amount and announce a new tender.

At the end of April 2025, LLC “Demurinsky GOK” announced a new tender for a smaller amount, in which LLC “MAKON LTD” has already participated. We are waiting for the results.
