Currently, the site employs 14 employees: 12 drivers of motor vehicles and operators of special equipment and 2 employees of the engineering and technical warehouse. The unit is headed by an experienced mining specialist and a skilled organizer with many years of experience, Volodymyr Mokrynsky.

“Work at the Podilsk site of the SEMARK company has been going on for 2 months. The work is really difficult and responsible. The main task of our site is loading, transporting and storing marl,” – Volodymyr began the conversation.

According to the calendar schedule, in July of this year, it is planned to double the volume of production at the site, in connection with which an additional recruitment of dump truck drivers and special equipment drivers is being carried out.

So, due to certain circumstances, the employees of the production site are not sitting still. The drivers strictly adhere to the schedule: in the morning they undergo a medical examination, receive a travel document. Then the site mechanic checks the technical condition of the cars, signs the travel documents and gives permission to leave.

Also within the competence of the site management is ensuring uninterrupted and safe operation of transport.
