Our company continues to transport rock and limestone to Ivano-Frankivsk Cement PJSC. Traditionally, in January 2025, the plant carries out preventive maintenance work on equipment. This is very important because then the equipment will work properly for a long time.

Given the seasonality of our company’s work, it is better to carry out preventive and repair work during the period when their workload is reduced. Then the specialists have enough time to check the performance of all components and units of transport, identify weak months in work, the real causes of possible malfunctions, conduct a full service of vehicles and determine all parts that need to be replaced in a short time.

During this time, the workers of our company carried out maintenance work on all rolling stock and their current repairs.

We asked the company’s senior mechanic Mykhailo Maksymyuk about the importance of scheduled services: “Yes, it is very good when we carry out scheduled service inspections of vehicles and timely repairs. This is how we reduce the risk that during work and heavy load during certain work processes, some breakdown of strategically important equipment will occur, causing downtime and leading to financial losses.”
