One of the areas of our company’s work is the destruction and demolition of buildings, as well as earthworks. Therefore, it was decided to participate in the tender held by the Housing and Communal Services Department of the Izyum City Council of the Kharkiv region for the following services: “Dismantling works in accordance with the inspection of the technical condition of building structures and engineering networks of an apartment building at the address: Kharkiv region, Izyum district, Izyum city, Khlibozavodska st., house 3”.

There is a lot of work ahead! The main work will consist of the gradual dismantling of the building using specialized equipment with the subsequent removal of garbage, the material is silicate brick and concrete floor slabs. The construction of a bypass road, installation of fences around the site, lighting, dismantling, namely: primary destruction of structures, for which it is planned to use CAT 345D, secondary destruction using Doosan 340LCA equipment, removal of construction waste and site planning will also be organized. Special equipment will be additionally used, namely: Caterpillar 352 hydraulic excavator with UHD equipment, Caterpillar 349 EL hydraulic excavator with UHD equipment and Scania P440Bx4HZ dump trucks (6th generation) with a Kipper half-pipe body.

It should be noted that the duration of the demolition of the house and the removal of waste is planned to be carried out in a short time. So, let’s get to work!
