MYKULA VIKTOR SERGIYOVYCH

Position – Head of Production and Technical Department.

Started work in January 2019 as a site foreman at the AZOVSTAL Iron and Steel Works.

According to Viktor himself, the start was not easy: “I got into the work practically from scratch, but after a month and a half, when I set up production and began recruiting foremen at the site, I received the position of head of the Production and Technical Department (VTO). Promotions by position, more complex, but at the same time interesting tasks, the responsibility assigned – this keeps everything in good shape and tension.”

Sharing his impressions of the work, he notes: “From the outside, it may seem that our work is very simple. Loaded – went – unloaded – returned. And so on in a circle. But in fact, it is a very complex process that includes many nuances. Firstly: great responsibility. Secondly: compliance with occupational safety and health rules. Many approvals with the police, security and shop management.Of course, the question was raised about the relationship with the management. To which Victor replied: “This is exactly the case, the director talks to you as an equal, listens to your opinion, and that is worth a lot. A director to whom you can turn for advice. Support and help not only in work, but also in life issues.”
