After LLC “MAKON LTD” showed a decent result of work on loading and transporting marl at the Podilsky site, two new areas of our company’s activity within the production of JSC “Podilsky Cement” were agreed with the customer. Such work was the transportation of carbonate mixture within the limestone quarry and intra-plant transportation on the territory of the cement plant.

The main task for our equipment in internal transportation is the transportation of clinker from the kiln silo to the intermediate warehouse of the plant. This type of work is added, at the customer’s request, to the transportation of raw materials and other materials necessary to ensure uninterrupted power supply to the kiln, which produces clinker with a capacity of 350 tons of products per hour in a round-the-clock mode.

LLC “MAKON LTD” provides the necessary rhythm of production with the help of SCANIA P440 dump trucks.
